Accounts carried over to the next month are subject to a $20 service charge in addition to the assessment of a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
All charges are due 10 days from the receipt of the bill. A 20% Gratuity, 2.00 processing fee and a 2% New York State Black Car Workers Compensation Fund Surcharge per article 6f of the executive law, will be added to your bill for each trip.

In consideration of the extension of credit to the client(s) listed above, each person utilizing the account and/or signing above, hereby personally guarantees to Car 24 Transportation, Inc. payment of any obligation of the client(s) whenever the client(s) shall fail to pay any such sums. The guarantee shall be continuing and irrecoverable and an indemnity for the client(s) indebtedness. Notice of default and non-payment is waved and consent is hereby given to any modification and/or renewal of the credit guaranteed.

Client(s) above will pay Car 24 on demand all charges in connection with the accounts. Client(s) above give Car 24 permission to submit unsigned credit card vouchers stating the client's signature is on file, or to amend, alter, complete, or execute on behalf of the client, credit card voucher(s) [if applicable] in client's name for payment of any charges.

CLIENT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT CARS, IN WHICH HIS/HER ASSIGNESS WILL BE RIDING, ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED VEHICLES DISPACHED BY CAR 24 TRANSPORTATION, INC. CAR 24 ACCEPTS NO LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER, CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE OPERATION OF SUCH VEHICLES AND/OR DRIVERS. CLIENT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT CAR 24 AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND/OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS AND/OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, OF ANY KIND, SORT OR ORIGIN, WHETHER PUNITIVE OR NOT.

Inordinate delay in payment will result in the cancellation/suspension of privileges, in addition to the assessment of monthly finance and service charges. A MINIMUM ATTORNEY FEE of $500.00 PLUS COURT COSTS will be added to final invoice.
